Ownership: All contents that you post here are owned jointly with Volpen. You agree to let Volpen to utilize publication and use rights for the contents that you post, including, but not limited to, unfinished books, continuations, and finished books on the site Volpen.com.

No Distribution: You are not allowed to, in any way, distribute any of our content in Volpen, including, but not limited to, unfinished books, continuations, and finished books posted on Volpen.

No Plagiarism: You are not allowed to copy any of our content, including, but not limited to, unfinished books, continuations, and finished books, and use it outside Volpen. You are also not allowed to copy any works of others and use it on Volpen.

Responsibility: You are fully responsible for any content that you privately transmit or publicly post on Volpen. Volpen is not responsible for any content posted by any User, which may be found illegal, offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

Submission Withdrawal: Any submission that has been posted on Volpen cannot be withdrawn from the site, unless it has violated any law or any of Volpen's Terms of Service.

Royalty: We pay our authors based upon our own royalty policy, which we may, in our sole discretion, change without prior notice.

Distribution and Publication Rights: Volpen owns 25% of the voting rights on the matters regarding distribution and publication of the jointly owned book. In cases where distribution and publication decisions are contested, a vote amongst Volpen and the Book Authors will be held to reach a unified decision.

Revenue Generation: Upon completion of the book, Volpen will publish the digital book on Amazon's Kindle Publishing network. Other electronic and physical publication network will be considered in the future.

Privacy: We do not sell any personal information you provide on your Volpen profile page.
